Since founding Hutchinson Networks in
March 2011, we have been providing multi-vendor Professional Services and
Training within the IT networking sector. We have now have over 1200 certified
engineers worldwide and our aim is to deliver local resources and expertise
where required.


As part of our recent growth, it is my
intention to ensure an overall improvement in our communication and increase
awareness of how we can help corporations and individuals alike to achieve their
IT networking objectives.


I will therefore be sending out a brief company
update on a quarterly basis to our partners and customers worldwide. The
intention is to include a round-up of our recent successes, strategic direction
and even share some of our challenges along the way.


In recent months, Hutchinson has delivered a
diverse range of network and infrastructure projects around the world. We have
utilized a combination of our certified specialists and project managers on a
daily basis to achieve a high quality result, time and time again.


Typical examples of some of projects completed
in the last quarter include;



  • Pan-European, multiple-office network implementation for a Worldwide charity
    exchange provider

  • Juniper solution network design for a London based financial trading
    house

  • Remote consultancy (Checkpoint and Cisco) for one of Europe??Ts leading
    Advertising and Media specialists

  • Continued provision of certified instructors worldwide

  • Supply of tailored, on-site Ubuntu and Redhat training for one of the UK??Ts
    largest mobile services providers

  • Hardware supply to a global provider of power management systems, based in
    North Amercia

  • Datacentre implementation for one of the worlds largest social media
    companies

  • Network design for worldwide leader of architectural services and urban
    planning based on the US West coast

  • Cat 6, Cable infrastructure solution for nationwide telecoms provider in the
    UK

  • Allocation of on-site technical resources in Italy to assist with a network
    migration project

As you can see, our customer base is diverse in
both market sector and geographical location and whilst one of our strategies
this year is to establish more relationships in the domestic (UK) market, we are
also intent on further strengthening the ones we already enjoy
internationally.


On the staffing front, we have added 3 full time
technical consultants to the company in recent months and are looking for a
further 2 to help us deliver existing projects in 2012.


To ensure we continue to deliver to the highest
possible service levels, we have also added further headcount to the Operations
team and implemented what we envisage will be a fundamental software system that
will enhance our speed of response and change the way we do business. Finally,
we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to help us manage the growing
number of customers that approach us for help and expertise.


At Hutchinson, we also believe strongly in our
business partnerships and we continue to build upon these to provide value for
our customer base. This enables us to facilitate more aggressive pricing, a
wider access to services, expertise and ultimately a single point of contact for
our customers, making it easier to do business! In the last quarter alone, we
have added Bluecoat, Dell, VMWare and Microsoft as partners.
