You might also try eating yogurt and milk products from goats and sheep because these are very high in calcium and protein and are easier to ingest by those who can’t handle cow’s milk. The general rule is to figure out which foods aggravate your morning sickness symptoms and to avoid them while making sure that you still get good nutrition.

All women who experience morning sickness symptoms look forward to the day when they don’t have to go through this anymore. Fortunately, it doesn’t last for very long, but knowing that doesn’t help much while you’re going through it.
