Notebook computers made job in the 21st century straightforward. For some, laptops have a solution to do the job nearly almost everywhere: so long as theres a source of electricity and Internet, they are fine. If done right, this lessens the load on your neck, back and arm muscles, allowing you to get more laptop time. If you move your body around a bit, or just stand and walk around in regular intervals, youll be able to further minimize the pain your muscles will feel.

How many of you, though, can remember staying in a good position while working? Given the places you work in, like on top of your bed or on a comfortable couch, youll get into a bad posture eventually.
